BED-STUY — A man was fatally shot and another injured in a Bed-Stuy shooting early Friday morning, police said.

Police on the scene said the shootings stemmed from an an argument between three men inside the Why Not! Bar & Lounge at 1013 Bedford Ave.

The fight spilled out of the bar, where the suspect fired shots at two men, police said. Nearly 10 bullet casings were found at the scene, police said.

When officers arrived to the scene at around 3:47 a.m. they found a 24-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his torso on the corner of Bedford and Lafayette avenues, police said. The victim was taken to Woodhull Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A 23-year-old man was found a block away, at the corner of Bedford Avenue and Clifton Place, shot once in his left thigh. He was taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, police said.

The names of the victims hadn't been released by police as of Friday morning.

Police on Friday said they had a suspect in custody for the shootings.
