QUEENS — Grammy-winning singers Michael Bolton and Billy Ocean will perform in an all-day concert at a Jamaica park this summer, organizers announced

"How Am I Suppoosed to Live Without You" singer Bolton and Ocean, whose hits include "Carribean Queen" and "When The Going Gets Tough," join Jamaican reggae bands and artists including Morgan Heritage, Cocoa Tea, Lucian Capleton and LT. Stitchie for Roy Wilkins Park's annual Groovin’ In The Park concert on June 28.

"We try to get some of the biggest and best acts in reggae, pop and R&B," said Christopher Roberts, who started the event in 2011.

The concert draws more than 15,000 people every year and has featured stars like Patti Labelle, Gladys Knight, Boyz To Men and Babyface.

Reggae icons like Steel Pulse, Jimmy Cliff and Marcia Griffiths have also performed at the event in the past, the organizers said.

"The goal is to produce a quality reggae/R&B event annually that is geared toward all members of the family and patrons from all ethnicities," Roberts said in an email.

The concert is a family-friendly event and kids aged 12 and younger can enter free of charge, Roberts said.

Groovin’ In The Park will take place on June 28 in Roy Wilkins Park at 17701 Baisley Blvd. Tickets cost $49.99. For more information go here or call (347) 980-2252. The gate opens at 12 p.m. The show starts at 1 p.m. and will end around 8 p.m.
