► Opening Weekend at reNew Lots Market

Where: 175 New Lots Ave., East New York

This brand new artist incubator and market built out of metal shipping containers had its grand opening on Thursday, organizers said, and will open for business this weekend. Check out the new local vendors, selling jewelry, home goods, snacks and clothing from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

► B'klyn Burro Pop-Up

Where: Other Half Brewing Co., 195 Center St., Carroll Gardens

What better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than feasting on burritos and beer? B'klyn Burro is bringing the taste of San Francisco's Mission District to Other Half Brewing Co., where locals will get a chance to sample Other Half's signature suds along with burritos, tacos and quesadillas from 1 to 5 p.m.

"Evita" at Gallery Players

Where: 199 14th St., Park Slope

See the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical masterpiece “Evita” at the 99-seat Gallery Players theater in Park Slope, which has been in business since 1967. Tickets are $15 to $18 for the 8 p.m. show.

► Prospect Heights Craft Fair

Where: P.S. 9, 80 Underhill Ave., Prospect Heights

Handmade stationery, textiles and jewelry will be on display at this annual craft fair to benefit P.S. 9 in Prospect Heights. Vendors include Etsy craftspeople, parents of the school and local eateries. The event, held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., is free and includes family-friendly activities and a raffle.

► Youth Jazz Jamboree 

Where: Bedford-Stuyvesant Restoration Amphitheatre, 1368 Fulton St., Bed-Stuy

Young musicians will take the stage at 1 p.m. for an afternoon of jazz. Students from the Noel Pointer Foundation, Youth Arts Academy and more will perform at the event, which includes health and wellness elements to promote jazz as a “healing force," organizers said.

 Brooklyn Wedding Expo

Where: Roulette, 509 Atlantic Ave., Boerum Hill

From cakes and catering to flowers, attire and photography, there's a lot to think about when it comes to a couple's wedding day. More than a dozen Atlantic Avenue vendors will be on hand to help you plan your celebration at the third annual Brooklyn Wedding Expo from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Advanced tickets are priced at $20 and $25 at the door.

Free Tree Giveaway

Where: 2063 Ralph Ave. in Flatlands and 1715 Bedford Ave. in Crown Heights

The New York Restoration Project and TD Bank have teamed up to give away 400 trees to green-thumbed Brooklynites in Flatlands and Crown Heights this weekend. Sign up online to reserve one of the trees and pick it up from either site where NYRP experts will teach you how to plant and care for it.

► Orchestra and Chorale Performance

Where: Brooklyn Museum, 200 Eastern Parkway, Prospect Heights

The Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra will play 20th-Century British masterpieces performed with the Brooklyn Heights singing group Grace Chorale of Brooklyn in the Brooklyn Museum's 10,000-square-foot central hall, the Beaux-Arts Court, at 2 p.m. Tickets for adults are $18 online and $20 at the door. Admission for museum members and seniors is $10. The event is free for children 16 and under.
