EAST HARLEM — A gentleman bandit with a discerning eye was arrested for snatching a cellphone from a woman in a fancy car, police said.

“Excused me miss, give me your phone,” Terry Fraizer, 23, told the woman as she sat in her car on Madison Avenue about noon on April 13, according to police.

The woman tried to hold onto the iPhone 6 but Fraizer was able to pull it out of her hands. He then ran toward the Willis Avenue Bridge, police said.

When officers arrested him a few minutes later, Fraizer told officers, “I saw her driving a nice car so I thought she had [the phone].”

Officers did not know the specific make and model of the car.

Fraizer was charged with robbery and is being held at Rikers Island on a $5,000 bond. His next court date is Monday, records show.

His lawyer could not be found in the public records.
