MANHATTAN — A woman was struck by a B train in a West Harlem 135th Street subway station, the MTA said.

She was hit in the station near St. Nicholas Avenue about 8:23 a.m., officials said.

The woman, whose condition was not immediately clear, was taken to Harlem Hospital, an FDNY spokesman said.

Trains along the A, B, C and D lines were disrupted after the incident, but resumed regular service about 10:10 a.m., the MTA said.

Riders should check the MTA's website for service updates.
