Days after a snowstorm ruined the first day of spring, New Yorkers decided temperatures peaking at 48 degrees were cause to dine outdoors.
Two bundled-up men sat at a table outside Once Upon A Tart on Sullivan Street, as a woman hurried past.
But just last Friday, a snowstorm blanketed the city with a good couple inches of snow.
