EAST VILLAGE — The suspect in the fatal shooting of an aspiring Alphabet City rapper was charged Monday in another Avenue D shooting that took place in December, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

Shaquille Fuller, 21, was charged with assault, attempted murder, attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon for firing two shots at a man — once in the chest and another in the back of the neck — outside the Lillian Wald Houses at 60 Avenue D on Dec. 12, according to a criminal complaint.

Fuller was held without bail and is scheduled to return to court on April 8, according to the district attorney’s office.

Police believe Fuller also shot 33-year-old Shemrod Isaac — who rapped under the name Sham Da God — on Feb. 23 at the Lillian Wald Houses, according to the NYPD. Isaac was shot four times outside while through complex at 20 Avenue D, where he lived, after dropping off his daughter at around 4:30 p.m., police said.

Police arrested Fuller three days later on Feb. 26 in Irvington, N.J., according to police. He remained in the state until he was extradited back to the city on March 3, according to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. Fuller did not face any charges in New Jersey, a spokeswoman said.

Fuller has not been charged in the February shooting, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. His attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Correction: An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated that Shaquille Fuller was charged in the Feb. 23 shooting of Shemrod Isaac. He has not been charged in that incident, according to the district attorney's office.
