FINANCIAL DISTRICT — Fast-casual eatery Open Kitchen is bringing its quick, gourmet fare to another Financial District location.

The expansive market, which features a variety of food stations — including a deli, a sushi bar, a meat and chicken carving station, a burger counter and a stir-fry and ramen station — is slated to launch another storefront at 123 William St. near Fulton Street this spring.

The original marketplace opened at the corner of William and Broad streets in August 2013. Initially, the eatery, which also has a gourmet coffee counter, was open 24 hours a day, but it quickly scaled back to a 6 a.m. to midnight schedule.

‘We’ve been doing really well Downtown, and want to bring our fresh food to other busy locations,” said Ross Franklin, the market’s chief operating officer. “We have everything you need, a wide variety of food — it's really a one-stop shop for a busy professional looking for a quick, quality meal.”

The new William Street location will be one of several new outposts for Open Kitchen. The burgeoning chain recently launched a location at 33 E. 33rd St. and will open another spot near Union Square, at 7 E. 17th St., in the spring.

New to the 123 William St. location will be a Pure Green cold-pressed juice and smoothie bar. The owners are also planning to open Pure Green bars as stand-alone locations in the future.

In their continued expansion, the owners are also eyeing another Downtown location, at 120 Wall St., but that spot hasn’t been finalized yet, Franklin said.
