BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — The owner of a Williamsburg taco truck is expanding his culinary chops with a new sandwich shop in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Fans of the self-proclaimed “enterprise that started the vending trend in Williamsburg” can get their fix at Endless Summer Sandwich at 535 DeKalb Ave.

The new 1,000-square-foot location opened Nov. 24, serving a variety of subs coated in original spreads and sauces.

Owner Teddy Roland sought to expand the business after a slew of food trucks took over Bedford Avenue near Metropolitan, where Endless Summer Taco parks daily to serve burritos, tacos and Mexican soda.

“The whole market of taco trucks on Bedford is rather saturated,” Roland said. “We always wanted to get a brick-and-mortar, this is what we dreamed of — a place where we can play and mess around with our own ideas.”
