Man Shot by Masked Intruders in Jackson Heights Apartment, Police Say

JACKSON HEIGHTS — A man was left in critical condition after being shot during a home invasion Sunday afternoon, police said. 

Three men wearing bandanas to cover their faces entered the home on 93rd Street and Northern Boulevard — down the street from the 115th Precinct — around 3 p.m. on Nov. 23, police said. 

One suspect fired a round and a 32-year-old man was shot in the head, according to the NYPD.

He was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital in critical condition.

The motive for the break-in was not clear.

Police did not immediately have information about the suspects.
