DUMBO — Apartments are now available for rent at 60 Water St., also known as Dock Street DUMBO — with studio prices starting at $2,964, one-bedrooms going for $3,498 and two-bedroom rentals starting at $6,018.

The 290-unit development, located near the waterfront with views of Lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, features a doorman, an outdoor terrace, a gym and laundry in each unit. The building was designed by LEESER Architecture and Ismael Leyva Architects, according to Two Trees Management.

Some units — including some studios — feature private terraces.

Studios in the building are as small as 407 square feet, one-bedrooms begin at 531 square feet and two-bedrooms start at 963 square feet.

Those interested in renting one of the units can apply online, and the first residents will be able to move in by Dec. 1, according to DUMBONYC.

An affordable housing lottery for 60 Water St. was held this year, with studios going for as little as $539 and two-bedrooms for less than $900. There are 58 affordable units in the building.

The second phase of construction, which will include leasing for ground-floor retail and more rental units plus space for a 300-seat middle school, will be completed in 2015.
