CORONA — The Foo Fighters will swing for the fences at Citi Field this summer, organizers announced Tuesday.

The band will stop at the stadium on July 16 as part of a global tour to support their eighth album, "Sonic Highways."

Fans can pick up presale tickets on Nov. 22 at the Citi Field box office from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., before the general public sale on Dec. 5. Tickets will range from $45 to $75.

The Queens show is part of a world tour that includes concerts in Brazil, Colombia, New Zealand, all across Europe and the rest of the United States.

The tour kicks off Dec. 10 in Cape Town, South Africa.

The Grammy-winning Foo Fighters recently performed for more than 80,000 people at the Concert for Valor on Veteran's Day in Washington, D.C. They also had a week-long residency at the "Late Show with David Letterman' in October.

They join legends including The Beatles, The Who, The Police and Billy Joel who've played at the home of the Mets, either at Shea Stadium and Citi Field.
