HELLS KITCHEN — A man stole a 70-year-old woman’s car shortly after she got into an accident with two other vehicles at the southwest corner of Dyer Avenue and West 41st Street on Nov. 10, police said.

After the accident, which took place at around 10 p.m., the woman got out of her blue 2008 Toyota Solara, police said. While she was assessing the damage, the man got into her car and drove west on West 41st Street and then north on 10th Avenue, according to the NYPD.

The car was later recovered, police said, but the thief, who was described as a 6-foot, 26-year-old man, was not arrested.

The woman lost her house keys, checkbook and New Jersey driver's license, as well as her social security, bank, store and credit cards in the incident, police said. Those items were not recovered.

As the man was purchasing the unspecified drugs, the thief bumped into him, took his watch out of his pants pocket and fled, police said.

Police described the watch snatcher as a 6-foot-2, 29-year-old man with short black hair who weighs about 150 pounds.

► Police said a thief stole a UPS package filled with $600 worth of Bobbi Brown cosmetics from an Eighth Avenue apartment building located between 18th and 19th streets on Nov. 7.

The victim’s intended recipient, a 27-year-old woman, said the package had been delivered and placed in the hallway in front of her apartment at around 4:50 p.m. that day, according to the NYPD, but was taken soon after.
