COLUMBUS CIRCLE — A man was found dead of an apparent drug overdose in the bathtub of a prominent hotel developer's Central Park South apartment building, police sources said.

Sean Verdi, 25, was found unconscious inside hotel developer Ian Reisner's apartment at 230 Central Park South, between Seventh and Eighth Avenues, around 8:20 a.m. Wednesday, sources said.

Reisner called 911 about the overdose, sources said. Verdi was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police sources said.

Resiner's company, Parkview Developers, is behind The OUT Hotel and the 505 Condo, both in Hell's Kitchen.

The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death, a spokeswoman said.

Police did not immediately have any information about whether there was any criminality.
