THE BRONX — A teenager was repeatedly stabbed in his torso after getting into a fight with another man on a Soundview 6 train subway platform Thursday afternoon, police said.
The 18-year-old boy, whose name was not released, got into a verbal dispute with the suspect inside the Elder Avenue station, near Westchester Avenue, about 2:40 p.m., according to the NYPD.
The suspect repeatedly stabbed the teen in the torso before fleeing and remaining at large Friday morning, police said.
The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital and listed in stable condition, according to the NYPD.
The suspect was last seen wearing a hoodie with jeans and black and red sneakers, according to police footage.
