CROWN HEIGHTS — Three men seen on surveillance video violently mugging a 21-year-old woman in Crown Heights earlier this month are still on the loose, police said.

The assault took place on Oct. 2 at 2:30 a.m. in front of 680 Franklin Ave., a liquor store between Prospect Place and St. Marks Avenue, police said.

Video released by the NYPD shows the three men approaching the 21-year-old, punching her multiple times and dragging her along the sidewalk before taking her property.

Police said the suspects stole the woman’s cell phone and purse. She was treated at Methodist Hospital, officials said.

Last week, the NYPD released photos of two of the suspects from the night of the assault showing them both wearing black sweatshirts, one of which read “OBEY” in white lettering.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging on to the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
