EAST VILLAGE — A man stole more than $1,000 from a Chase Bank on the corner Second Avenue and St. Marks Place after telling a bank teller he had a gun, police said.

The man, who police described as "possibly albino," 5-foot-10 and in his mid- to late-20s, entered the bank at 2:35 p.m. on Oct. 4 and handed the teller a note in which he demanded money and claimed to have a gun, police said.

The teller complied and handed over $1,080, according to the NYPD.

Police said the man was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap, a black and gray jacket, dark-rimmed glasses, black sneakers and a red bandana around his neck.
