Let breakdancer Seoulsonyk show you the ultimate loft performance party vibe this evening when The Bronx Museum of the Arts host First Fridays! Urban Evolution. Seoulsonyk (aka MiRi Park) conceived of Urban Evolution 12 years ago in SoHo as an “Urban Zen Performance Loft Party.” For Friday evening, she has invited contemporary dancers including “hoofers, b-girls, and New York Hustlers” to showcase a broad spectrum of cutting edge dance styles. From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., free admission and bar (donations suggested). Bronx Museum of the Arts, 1040 Grand Concourse, Bronx.

Lola Star's Dreamland Roller Disco has decamped from Coney Island to the new Lakeside complex in Prospect Park. Every Friday in October Lola Star brings disco glitz to the rink. Friday night's theme is “I Feel Love — The Divas of Disco Skate Party.” Costumes that embody the glitz and glam of the 1980s are strongly encouraged. Admission includes skate rental. Lakeside Center, Prospect Park, 171 East Drive, Brooklyn. 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., $15.
