DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — The tallest building in Brooklyn recently put 40 penthouses on the market with sweeping views of Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn as well as a lounge with fireplaces and other high-end amenities, officials announced.

The units, which vary in size from 1,144-2,371 square feet, are located on floors 45 through 53 of 388 Bridge St., near Willoughby Street, with prices ranging from $1.742 million to $6 million.

Each penthouse has 10-foot-6-inch ceilings and some are duplexes with outdoor terraces.

They also have kitchens with microwaves, dishwashers, quartz countertops and rolling kitchen islands and bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Penthouse residents also have access to the "Sky Lounge" — which boasts a fireplace, televisions and a kitchenette where residents can host guests — and a terrace on the building’s roof that includes barbecue grills and views of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, Manhattan, New Jersey and six bridges, according to officials.

Other building amenities include a lounge and party room, children’s playroom, media/screening room and fitness center.
