BROOKLYN — A man was critically injured when he was shot in the head and a woman was hit in the leg during a shooting inside a Bedford-Stuyvesant liquor store last week, police said.

The 19-year-old man and 20-year-old woman, whose names were not released, were inside a liquor store at 855 Stone Ave., near Hull Street, on Friday when two men walked in and opened fire about 11:15 p.m., according to the NYPD.

The man, who was hit in the head and knee, was taken to Brookdale hospital in critical condition, police said.

The woman was hit in the right ankle and taken to the same hospital, where she was listed in s table condition, police said.

The suspects, who were both wearing black hoodies and black baseball caps, fled north on Stone Avenue and were still at large Wednesday morning, the NYPD said.

It was not clear if the two victims knew each other or what sparked the shooting.

The NYPD was still investigating.
