Video Shows Gunman Who Shot Man in the Leg, Police Say

HIGHBRIDGE — Police are looking for a gunman, captured on surveillance video, who shot a 29-year-old in the leg Monday night in the South Bronx.

The suspect shot the male victim in his left thigh around 9 p.m. outside of 155 W. 162nd St., near Ogden Avenue, before fleeing to an unknown location, according to the NYPD.

The NYPD released a video of the suspect, wearing a light-colored t-shirt, in which he fires a gun and runs away.

Medics rushed the victim to Lincoln Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

The victim and suspect and the suspect did not know each other, police said.
