CORONA — A man was stabbed to death during a fight on Northern Boulevard early Sunday, according to police.
Fabian Carreno, of Woodside, was seen on surveillance video fighting with the suspect about 2 a.m. on the corner of 97th Street and Northern Boulevard on Sunday, Aug. 3, police said.
The suspect pulled out a weapon and slashed or stabbed Carreno in the face and neck during the altercation before moving away, according to police.
Moments later, the suspect returned to continue the fight, mortally stabbing Carreno, police said.
The cause of the fight was not clear and investigators are still reviewing the video.
