UPPER WEST SIDE — As more than 4,000 triathletes swim, cycle and run their way from the Hudson River to Central Park this weekend, an obstacle course of closures is being set up for west side and Bronx motorists.

Starting at 4 a.m. and lasting until 1 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 3, the following streets will be closed to traffic due to the Panasonic New York City Triathlon:

► All northbound lanes on the Henry Hudson Parkway from 57th Street to the Mosholu Parkway Exit.

►The Mosholu Parkway to Gun Hill Road.

►Riverside Drive from 79th Street to 72nd Street.

►72nd Street from Riverside Drive to Central Park.

The race will see competitors swim 0.9 miles in the Hudson, cycle 25 miles on the Henry Hudson Parkway and run 6.2 miles through Central Park.
