ROCKAWAY BEACH — It's a high note for food in Rockaway.

A festival will pair top chefs from around the world and popular DJs for a food and music fest on the peninsula later this month.

Le Fooding Beachclub, which has run similar events all around the world, will bring the festival, dubbed Sanpellegrino Fruitstock, to the Beach 97th Street Concessions from Friday, July 11 to Sunday, July 13.

Guests will enjoy a three-dish menu crafted by different world-renowned chefs — including ramen master Ivan Orkin, who has eateries in New York and Tokyo, and Enrique Olvera, who runs Pujol in Mexico City.

Each chef will present their meal on a different day along with Andrew Field from Rockaway Taco, who will cook throughout the festival.

Field will cook cornmeal crostini sopes, Orkin will create a shio dashi ramen and Olvera will cook a burrata and chilaquiles dish, among other dishes.

DJs and live music will also play each day, and on Friday Cibo Matto will perform a set during Friday's meals. The New York Brass Band will play each day of the event.

It's Le Fooding's first New York City beach event and the organizers wanted to "try something new and tell a story and have fun," said a spokeswoman.

This summer is their first time on the beach, and the organizers were inspired by the work done after Hurricane Sandy to rebuild area concessions and return businesses back to Rockaway.

"Rockaway sounded like a great idea, and it's such a great scene there," the spokeswoman said.

Tickets are $40 for each day and are on sale at Le Fooding's website. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Graybeards, a local charity.
