BROOKLYN — Trains bypassed a Bushwick subway stop for hours Wednesday afternoon after unattended duffel bag was found outside of the station, according to officials.

M and L trains skipped the Myrtle Ave. - Wyckoff Ave. stop while officers investigated the suspicious package, which was left outside a Kentucky Fried Chicken nearby at 12:08 p.m., an NYPD spokesman said.

Service was restored around 2:50 p.m. but there were residual delays.
