THE BRONX — A person died at the 6 train's Zerega Avenue station in the Bronx Wednesday morning, the FDNY said.
The person, whose identity was not immediately relseased, was pronounced dead in the station, near Westchester Avenue, about 7:40 a.m., an FDNY spokesman said.
The circumstances were not immediately clear.
The MTA briefly suspended 6 trains between Pelham Bay Parkway and Parkchester, according to their website.
Regular service resumed about 9:45 a.m., the MTA said.
