SOHO — It was a panty raid.

Four women are accused of stealing 300 pairs of underwear, worth a total of $4,000, from a SoHo Victoria's Secret last week, police said.

Three of the women kept the salespeople distracted at the 591 Broadway shop at about noon on Jan. 19 while the fourth shoplifter secretly threw the panties in a bag, according to police reports. The whole group then left the store with their lingerie loot.

This Victoria's Secret store is no stranger to theft — in July, four women shoplifted 200 thongs and 20 garter belts, worth $3,380, from the same shop.

Victoria's Secret declined to comment.

Police were still investigating the crime as of Wednesday.
