Dr. Siu Lee, 55, was crossing Booth Memorial Avenue when the westbound Mercedes hit him near 141st Street about 6:15 p.m., the NYPD said.
Lee was rushed into the hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The Mercedes' driver, a 23-year-old man, remained on the scene and was not charged in the crash, an NYPD spokesman said.
