RED HOOK — Banksy left his heart in Red Hook.

The famed British street artist hit King Street near Van Brunt Street with a stencil of a heart-shaped red balloon covered in bandages, Animal New York first reported.

Banksy updated his website Monday with an image of the artwork, titled "Brooklyn."

The graffiti artist, whose satirical street art has drawn international renown, is doing a series of projects on the city's streets this month, titled "Better Out Than In."

His work has been spotted from Williamsburg to Midtown, and he also converted a delivery truck into a pop-up "mobile garden," according to his website.

By Monday afternoon, the piece had already been tagged by another graffiti artist, OMAR NYC, who has a history of marking Banksy's work, Animal New York reported.
