CARROLL GARDENS — An off-duty FDNY emergency medical technician plowed into a parked car while driving drunk Tuesday night, police said.
Billy Rivera, 36, hit the car around 10:50 p.m. at the intersection of Hicks and Rapelye streets, according to cops.
The city employee was arrested after the crash and charged for driving while intoxicated, unlicensed driving and refusal to take a breath test, police said.
