DUMBO — Shake Shack burgers will soon be served with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan skyline.
The burger chain announced its plan for the new location via Facebook Wednesday morning.
"Situated near Brooklyn Bridge Park along the East River waterfront, the Shack will be located at One Old Fulton Street (corner of Water Street)," Shake Shack officials wrote. "Let's do this DUMBO!"
One Old Fulton Street was originally home to The Franklin House Hotel in the 19th century and most recently housed Pete's Downtown Italian restaurant beginnig in the 1980s.
Shake Shack's DUMBO location joins the the Downtown Brooklyn spot in the Fulton Street Mall. Another location is slated to open near Barclays Center later this year.
The DUMBO Shake Shack is expected to open in 2014.
