UPPER EAST SIDE — Upper East Siders should prepare to be stuffed: The Meatball Shop is opening its fifth — and largest — location Monday night on Second Avenue.

The popular restaurant, which draws long lines of diners to its outposts in Chelsea, the West Village, the Lower East Side and Williamsburg, specializes in all things meatball and is also known for its homemade ice cream sandwiches.

Hungry diners will not have to fight as much for space at the 1462 Second Ave. location, which includes 116 seats, a 15-seat bar and reservations for parties of eight or more.

Additionally, the eatery boast a 45-seat back room available for private parties, as well as a drink menu that features 40-ounce pitchers of cocktails.

For the first time ever, The Meatball Shop will be offering weekend brunch at the new spot with dishes like “Balls, Biscuits, and Gravy,” “Balls Benedict” and “Smash Bun French Toast.”

The uptown outpost between East 76th and 77th streets also marks the return of co-owners Daniel Holzman and Michael Chernow to their childhood roots.

“We are psyched to bring our meatballs home!" the New York natives said in a statement.

In typical Meatball Shop fashion, patrons will be able to craft their own meals, picking from a choice of four meatballs that can either stand on their own or be served as sandwiches.

During its first week, the restaurant will be open Monday through Sunday, from 6 p.m. to midnight. During its second week, the eatery will be open Monday through Friday, from noon to midnight, and 11 a.m. to midnight over the weekend. Regular hours, set to begin a month after opening, will be from noon to 2 a.m. Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to midnight on Sunday.
