BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A sprawling new luxury apartment building is coming to Franklin Avenue in Bed-Stuy, replete with amenities like a private gym, roof deck and a party room for residents, according to the building's developer.

Currently a vacant lot, 168 Franklin Ave. was purchased for almost $8.5 million in 2011, according to public records, and will soon house a roughly 80,000-square-foot development, with 118 "high end residential units," according to the website of developer Adam America Real Estate.

The development, originally reported by the real estate blog BuzzBuzzHome, touts "a great proximity to the city" as well as to nearby Pratt Institute and Fort Greene Park.

Other amenities include a virtual doorman and a tenant lounge, according to the site, and an application sent to the Department of Buildings in July lists 59 enclosed parking spaces.

The building was designed by the archtectural firm Isaac & Stern, and will be a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units.

Calls to Adam America went unanswered, and an email address listed on the company's website returned an "undeliverable" message.
