BROOKLYN — A thief snatched a woman's iPhone right from her hands aboard an F train as it pulled into a Gowanus station, cops said.
The two were aboard a Manhattan-bound train as it pulled into the 9th Street station, near Fourth Avenue, about 8 p.m. on April 28 when the suspect quickly grabbed the smartphone and ran off the train, according to the NYPD.
The victim, a 26-year-old woman, was uninjured in the incident, police said.
The suspect, said to be about 5-feet7-inches tall, covered her long braided hair with a green baseball cap and was last spotted in blue jeans, a dark waist length jacket and black sneakers, cops said.
