NEW YORK CITY — A woman was riding her bike in Clinton Hill Friday afternoon when she and a car collided, an FDNY spokeswoman said.

The woman, whose identity was not immediately released, was flung from her bike and was bleeding from her head after the collision in the intersection of Myrtle and Classon avenues about 12:30 p.m., the spokeswoman said.

She was not immediately taken to a hospital and medical crews were still evaluating her on the scene about 15 minutes later, fire said.
