TRIBECA — A homeless man was arrested early Wednesday for setting fire to Christmas trees left on the curb, police said.
The unidentified man set the trees ablaze near Broadway and Thomas Street about 1:30 a.m., according to the NYPD. It was unknown how many trees were burned.
The man hadn't been charged as of 8 a.m. Wednesday. Cops said he didn't have any prior arson arrests.
