Three Pedestrians Hit by Car in Bay Ridge, Officials Say

BAY RIDGE — Three pedestrians were hospitalized after being hit by a car early New Year's Day, officials said.

According to sources and the Fire Department, a white Acura struck the victims at the intersection of Third Avenue and 93rd Street in Brooklyn at approximately 2:30 a.m.

The pedestrians were taken to Lutheran Medical Center.

A man who sources identified as the driver of the vehicle was led away in handcuffs. Police could not immediately say wheher there was criminality in connection to the incident.
