MELROSE — A 41-year-old man was found dead on a Bronx sidewalk on Sunday morning, police said.
The victim, who was not identified, was discovered unconscious and unresponsive by police at 3:31 a.m. in front of a building on East 148th Street near Morris Avenue.
Officials declared the man dead at the scene. A police investigation is ongoing, and the cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner's office, police said.
