Man Shot Near LES F Train Station
LOWER EAST SIDE — A 36-year-old man was rushed to the hospital after being shot on the Lower East Side Thursday afternoon, officials said.
The victim was shot in the back about 3 p.m. at Madison and Rutgers streets, near the entrance to the East Broadway F train station, police said.
He was rushed to New York Downtown Hospital in stable condition, officials said.
There were no arrests as of early Thursday evening and the investigating was ongoing, police said.
