BROOKLYN — An East Williamsburg man was arrested Thursday for the alleged rape of a 23-year-old woman in the lobby of her Greenpoint apartment building last week, the NYPD reported.

Laye Kaba, 31, was hit with a slew of charges, including rape, stalking, burglary, strangulation and sexual abuse.

He was arrested in his Porter Avenue about 1:30 p.m., police said.

Kaba allegedly followed the victim her into her apartment building and attacked her Saturday about 5:45 a.m., the NYPD stated.
