Man's Body Found in Water Near Old Howard Beach

QUEENS — A man's body was found floating in the water off Old Howard Beach on Friday morning, police say.

A passerby spotted the body at 9 a.m. near 160th Avenue and 101st Street and called 911. 

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, which is pending.
