EAST FLATBUSH — A school bus carrying 14 special needs students was involved in an accident Thursday morning on Church Avenue, the FDNY said.

The students on the bus, which crashed near East 49th Street about 8:40 a.m., were between 2- and 5-years-old, a fire official said.

The bus veered into a telephone pole at the intersection, but didn't sustain any major damage, witnesses said.

Four adults were also on board, the official said.  No one was injured.

It was unclear where the bus was headed.
