Police found the 17-year-old with a gunshot wound in his torso at 102nd Street and Jamaica Avenue, and the 21-year-old, Michael Tineo, of East New York, with a bullet in his back, after responding to 911 calls reporting shots had been fired at 2:25 a.m.
