Well-Dressed Thieves Steal Rolexes from Madison Ave Jeweler

MANHATTAN — NYPD is looking for two dapper robbers who stole $36,000 in Rolex watches from a Madison Avenue jeweler Friday.

Video from Madison Jewelers on 400 Madison Ave. and West 47th Street from Sept. 28 at 3:10 p.m. shows a man about 6-feet-tall with a thin build and wearing a black suit and a tan brimmed hat. He poses as a customer before pulling a gun on the employees.

An accomplice, a heavy-built man with dark pants, an untucked white shirt and black tie, then walked in with a large bag and the two demanded the Rolexes.

The bagman then pepper sprayed employees before the robbers fled.
