MOUNT EDEN — A 16-year-old boy was charged with murdering his mother after the woman's body was found dumped in a plastic bin in The Bronx.
Police found the body of Tihesha Savage, 34, in the bin outside her apartment at 1460 Macombs Road Wednesday morning.
She had suffered trauma to the back of the head, cops said.
Hours later, police arrested her 16-year-old son, Darwin Jackson.
He has been charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
