INWOOD — Police are asking for the public's help in locating a 78-year-old man who went missing from a corner near his home earlier this week.
Inwood resident Seyed Ali Badakhshan was last seen at around 10:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, on the corner of Henshaw Street and Riverside Drive, police said.
Police described Badakhshan as 5-foot-4, 117 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue dress shirt, tan pants, and black Reebok sneakers, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
