BROOKLYN — A 22-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in the fatal shooting of a neighbor over a basketball game, police said.
Nolan Wells, 22, was busted for allegedly gunning down Jawaad Muhammad, 23, Monday night in front of 852 E. 37th St., police said.
A Crime Stoppers tip led to the arrest, cops said.
Wells, who lived barely 500 feet from Muhummad in a neighborhood of individual two- and three-family homes, allegedly shot his neighbor in the torso after the two fought over a basketball game, police said.
Wells, who sources said has three prior arrests, was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
