Two Men Stabbed, One Dead, in Corona Attack

CORONA — Two men were brutally stabbed in a violent attack in Queens early Sunday morning.

Police responded to a call at 4:28 a.m. of a man stabbed outside of Manila Bar and Restaurant, at 104-21 Roosevelt Avenue, and arrived to find two men suffering from multiple stab wounds.

The first victim, a 20-year-old man, had been stabbed twice in the chest, while the other man, 23, had stab wounds in the back and chest.

Both men were transported to Elmhurst Hospital, and the 20-year-old was pronounced dead on arrival. The second victim was in stable condition Sunday.

Police arrested three men at the scene of the crime, and an investigation is ongoing.
