MANHATTAN — Boat shoes are flooding the streets of New York this summer, in all colors, fabrics and styles.

Marc Sutton, 25, a real estate agent living in TriBeCa, said his boat shoes are still comfortable, even after four years.

"They last forever," Sutton said of his shoes. "My dad has had his for 20-something years."

Jahmeel Jordan, 21, who lives in Flatbush, has three pairs himself. Like Sutton, he said they're comfortable and fit his style.

"Casual and preppyish," Jordan said.
