How to Meet Justin Bieber at J&R

FINANCIAL DISTRICT — You (yes, you!) can meet the Biebs himself! To celebrate the release of his new album BELIEVE, Justin Bieber will be personally autographing copies of the CD at J&R electronics store on Tuesday, June 19 beginning at 2 p.m.

BUT! Not just anyone can walk in and meet the Canadian superstar.

First, you must show up at J&R at 34 Park Row, in the Financial District, and pre-order "BELIEVE" in person.

Second, when you place your order, you will receive a wristband that grants access to Tuesday's event. There is a limit of one wristband per customer, and they are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Third, you must bring the receipt of your pre-ordered purchase and your wristband to the event on Tuesday. If you are a fan, you will not be admitted without a wristband. However, any adults accompanying Justin fans do not need a wristband. 

Lastly, Justin's reps would also like everyone to know that Justin will not be signing anything else except his new CD. This means no posters, no books, no body parts. He will also not pose for pictures with you.
